The CBC High School Innovation Commons was completed in 2018. This 8,000 square-foot space started as the school’s library and contained the traditional study carrels, book stacks and a circulation desk. Teachers and administrators realized they could do more so they renovated the entire area so it would support their STEM classes, Leadership and Entrepreneurship programs.
“At CBC, we are thrilled with our ongoing relationship with Color Art. From the moment we decided to use them, to now, several months after our project is complete, the commitment and service has been top-notch. As a client, we looked to partner with someone who would listen to our needs, be responsive to our concerns, and help us to craft our vision for our space. Color Art did all of those things, and more. With projects of this scope, there are bound to be nervous moments. Color Art, and in particular Kelly Hardy, was never more than a phone call or text away. Our project was delivered as envisioned, on time, and on budget. Color Art didn’t just sell us furniture. From the outset, it was apparent that they were invested in CBC and our project for the long-term. They went above and beyond for the CBC community to support our annual STEM Trivia. It was this gesture, and many others, that told us that we made the right decision to partner with Color Art.” – Jim Brockman, Assistant Principal for Enrollment Management
