Delayed or Rerouted Orders Policy

EFFECTIVE 3/27/2020

While many projects are proceeding as scheduled, some have been forced to delay due to COVID-19.  We want you to know that we understand and we are in this together.  Thru July 31, 2020, we will be implementing a discounting policy to help lessen the financial impacts to our Valued Partners.

The following will apply to any orders that were scheduled to be shipped directly to your facility and are now being rerouted to Color Art

  • NO STORAGE FEES will be charged for the first 21 calendar days product is held
  • NO WAREHOUSE HANDLING FEES will be charged on rerouted orders
  • When product is received into our warehouse, you will be invoiced for PRODUCT ONLY
  • Standard delivery charges will apply to rerouted product that will be redelivered by Color Art
  • Delivery, Installation and Design charges will be invoiced when product is fully installed
