Below are instructions for touchless check in and out.

  1. Open the camera or barcode scanner on your phone.
  2. Scan the QR Code (below).
    If you’re already in the building, you can scan this code on the home screen of Joy, our Virtual Receptionist. When the code has been recognized, a link will pop up on your phone.
  3. Touch the autogenerated link to be redirected to virtual check in.
  4. Tap “Guest Check In”
  5. Type your email address and tap “Look Up Email”
  6. Type the name of the person you’re meeting in the “Name Search” box (or scroll down to find their department, then find their name).
  7. Touch the name of the person you’re meeting.
  8. Complete the requested fields: Name, Company, Phone Number to generate your personal QR Code.
  9. Approach the Virtual Receptionist and show it your personal QR code. Instructions will be on screen. The Virtual Receptionist will generate a check-in message and send a heads-up to whomever you’re here to see.
  10. Please scan for temperature and have a seat up front, your host will be right down!
  11. To Check Out, simply rescan the QR code or tap “Guest Check Out” on your phone.

  5. Type your name in the “Name Search” box (or scroll down to find your department, then find your name).
  6. Touch your name to generate your personal QR code. Screenshot this for faster check-ins in the future.
  7. Approach the Virtual Receptionist and show it your personal QR code. Instructions will be on screen. The Virtual Receptionist will generate a check-in message and you’re free to go!
  8. To Check Out, simply rescan the QR code or refind your name from the list.
